Acai X3 claims that they are using 100 percent pure Acai berry. They also claim that Acai X3 can help you lose weight, reduce cancer risk, lower cholesterol, flush toxins and lower blood pressure.
Like other Acai berry scams, they also lure people from buying from them by their free trial promotion. There are so many complains about Acai X3 and here I’ve listed some of them.
1. Charging for products which wasn’t ordered – If you order 1 product from them, they’ll send you the item that you’ve ordered but also send you another product which you never ordered in the first place. Then you’ll be charged with a full price regardless whether you return it or not.
2. They don’t have any costumer service – They have a website that only indicates how to order products from them but there are no telephone numbers there that you can call to whenever you have problems with their product.
In their website, They tell you that you can cancel your order within a period of time. But how can you cancel your order if the telephone numbers that they gave you is fake?
When this happens don’t waste time and go directly to your bank. Here I pasted one costumer complaint stating
“I ordered a product caled Acai X3..a detox supplement, but cancelled the order immediately. However, today, my bank advised me that a Charge of $88.95 was made against my account by Durable Goods Wholesale & Mgd. Co. for AcaiX3 (which I have not received). As a result of this charge, my brank account was overdrawn and I have been assessed a further $35.00 overdrawn fee by my bank!!! I cannot contact this firm as no one seems to know who they are, yet they advertise on the Web (cannot find the site now).”
3. They’ll charge your credit card without your approval – This problem has been a pattern for FAKE Acai berry providers like Acai X3. They’ll keep charging you or deduct money from your credit card even without sending any products. Just for proof I’ve pasted here one of the complaints regarding this. The costumer stated
“Please beware of the ACAI X3 scam of ordering the free 30 day sample from a website by paying the $2.79 shipping. First of all, you will never receive the sample and then after a few days, they will scam you by charging your bank account or credit card $88.55 for a next shipment that would never be sent to you.”
4. Fake website – Their website only contains good things about Acai berry, how to order from them and advertisement of their free trial. Their website does not talk about their company on where can you find their office and the telephone numbers that are in the website are fake.
If you see a website that’s like this, it only indicates that it is fake or a scam. A good company always have a costumer support, an office and knows their product really well.
