Acai Berry Elite Scam
Acai berry elite is one of hundreds of Acai berry supplement scams out there. They claim that they are affiliated with Dr. Perricone, which they obviously are not. They’ve claimed that they’ve given away their products to 10 people and only one of them has a negative comment on them and just puts on their website every single good thing an Acai berry supplement could do to you.
They’ve even pasted the logos of ABC, CNN, NBC and CBS new in their website. But in reality, this product is not even FDA tested yet, nobody famous is using it, no one can prove that this works, they are not affiliated with the networks they’ve pasted in their website, claiming that their product is in these networks are not true.
The only thing they would be in the news is because they’ll be reported as scams. Here are some complaints that can make you decide whether Acai berry elite is for real or a scam.
1. MSN messenger scam – This complaint is about Acai berry elite scamming this person using an MSN messenger pretending that they are that person’s daughter. The person stated in his complain –
“There has been 2 times now that my msn messenger has opened saying that my daughter has signed in. Then the messenger opens and it appears that my daughter is chatting with me. Both times she talks about the acai berry elite weight loss.
Then is gives me the link to click on (http://kindlain.com) I called her on the phone and asked her if she had ordered any of these pills and she said she had no idea as to what I was even talking about. She said that she hadn’t even been on her computer all day. The 2nd time this happened was a couple of hours ago.
And I know she was in bed. Somehow, someone is hacking into her msn messenger account and claiming to be her and trying to get people to fall for this acai berry scam.
I made a copy of the msn messenger conversation so I can show my daughter tomorrow. Just wanted to let everyone know that there are hackers out there for this web site.”
This makes them total con artists.
2. Unauthorized charges – Like other scam Acai berry providers, Acai berry elite also does unauthorized charges to people’s credit cards. Once their costumer’s signed up for the free trial, they’re already doomed. One of their client stated “Charged my account in the amount of $29.95 without my knowledge.
I had only received the free trial pills by only paying the shipping and handling. No other charges was to happen”. And of course, when this happens, you can’t do anything about it, you’ll be forced to freeze your credit card and report this to a fraud department.
